Seasonal Gathering Autumn 'Stay Connected' Saturday 26th Oct

‘Stay connected’ - explore creativity for well-being with a group of like-minded aesthetes.
Saturday 26th October, join us 10.00 - 1.00 or 2.00 - 5.00 pm, for 3 hours of creative mini crafting workshops, seasonal refreshments and an introduction to rituals for mindfulness and well-being

AUTUMN- A transitional season where we are still growing, discovering and exploring. There is a strong connection to nature, the outdoors and the earth during this season. It is a perfect time for us to focus on this connection, of which the effect is grounding, helping us to prepare for winter. But we must also be encouraged to make the most of the summery vibes that can still be present.
’To feel connected we can practice both connecting to our true self, to our environment and cultivate healthy connections to others’ Victoria

ABOUT GATHERING- Our aim is to build a community of like-minded women who wish to emphasise a life of passion, expressed through a confidence in their own personal style, seeking of new leisurely and creative pastimes, finding beauty in the world around them and cultivating a life of small pleasures.

ORDER OF THE DAY- please arrive with time to relax and get seated…
10.00/ 2.00: Welcome by Victoria and our ‘intentions’ introduction by Bowen therapist, Sue with a specially designed drink to fuel our session about being connected.
10.15/ 2.15: We will be doing a mini Lino cutting workshop to design a leave shape inspired by the autumnal leaves around us and then printing as a group so we each have a unique a3 piece of artwork to take away with us.
We will also be serving refreshments at this point including homemade healthy cake! and tea!
11.30/3.30: Hand and arm massage session with Chris ( this is a mini- treatment but also a shared experience as we will work together as a group while also being a lesson for us in giving and receiving this accessible form of massage)
12.30/ 4.30: Macrame Mini Craft workshop, with our now nimble fingers… to make a plant hanger which will be formed around a potted plant in a vintage container to take home.
1.00/5.00 home time and goodbyes

All materials are provided so you can indulge in 3 hours of creativity for your well-being, soak up the atmosphere and meet liked-minded people.

For this gathering I have invited special guest; Tina by dear friend who is a Reiki therapist and crystal enthusiastic, who will be on-hand to discuss staying connected through-out the morning or afternoon. If anyone isn’t keen on the massage, Tina has kindly offered do a short session with you in a quiet corner.

From Evie “The moment you enter through the doors you are transported to a world of calm and creativity. From the gorgeous welcome drinks to the beautiful workshops and room decorations, Victoria has considered every aspect of the event to be relaxing, inspiring and provides you with a space to explore your creative side. I left feeling connected to an amazing group of women and armed with meditation tips, a gorgeous floral wreath and a hand-painted bag I now use every day. Thank you Victoria for such a beautiful afternoon!”

You will leave with the following:

You are welcome to take any recipes from our refreshments served through-out.
